Frequently asked questions

How is the price set?

Transfers between Nice Airport and Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Monaco, Grasse or Menton have a fixed price, shown before you book. For other trips, the price depends on distance and driving time; it is also shown before you book and does not change afterwards. The S-Class is on quote.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pick-up. After that, the full price remains due.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us your flight number when you book. If the plane is late, your driver waits for you and that waiting time is free.

What is the difference between a private chauffeur (VTC) and a taxi?

A VTC (private-hire chauffeur) is booked in advance and its price is fixed when you book. A taxi can be taken without booking, at a rank or in the street, and its fare usually depends on the meter. Riviera Private Driver is a VTC service.

Can we book several vehicles?

Yes. Riviera Private Driver works with partner drivers and can run several transfers at the same time.
