These terms apply to every booking made with RIVIERA PRIVATE DRIVER, on this website, by phone or by email.
Our services
We provide transfers from one address to another, and chauffeur-driven vehicles hired by the hour for an agreed duration. The vehicle category is the one you choose when booking.
Booking
You send your request on this website, by phone or by email. The booking is firm once we have confirmed it by email.
Prices
The price is fixed before you book: shown on this website, or stated in our quote.
- Transfer: a fixed price per vehicle between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Grasse, Menton, either direction. Other trips: priced on distance, driving time and vehicle, rounded up to the next €5, with a minimum of €60 in an E-Class and €80 in an V-Class. S-Class: on quote.
- Hourly hire: an hourly package, 4 h minimum in E-Class, 6 h in V-Class and S-Class. 20 km are included per hour booked.

Payment
Payment terms (card, cash, bank transfer or invoice) are set out in the confirmation email.
Cancellation
The notice period is counted back from the scheduled pick-up time.
- Up to 2 hours before pick-up: free cancellation.
- Less than 2 hours before: the full price remains due.

Flight delays
If you gave us your flight number and the plane is late, your driver waits for you and that waiting time is free.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article L. 221-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services. The cancellation terms above apply instead.
