Data we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The details of the ride: addresses, date, time, number of passengers, duration of an hourly hire.
- Your flight number, for an airport pick-up.
- Any notes you add for the driver.
Why we use it
- To organise your ride and contact you about it: this is necessary to carry out your booking.
- To issue invoices and keep our accounts: the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who has access
- The driver who carries out your ride, including when it is a partner driver.
- Our host, OVH SAS.
- Google, for address search, route calculation and the map.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for 3 years after your last booking. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use or receive it in a reusable format, and you can object to its processing. Write to contact@
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tool. Address search and the map rely on Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
